Affiliate Terms

By joining the Healing Wurks Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.

Participation and approval

Participation requires approval from Healing Wurks. Provide accurate contact and payout information and keep it current. Participation does not guarantee earnings.

Eligible referrals and commissions

This program covers qualifying purchases of Healing Wurks Healing Frequencies plans tracked through your assigned affiliate link.

You earn 20% of each referred customer’s first qualifying payment and 10% of subsequent qualifying renewal payments while your participation and the program remain active.

Commissions are calculated on eligible payments actually collected after discounts. Free accounts, $0 checkouts, taxes, refunded amounts, and disputed or fraudulent payments do not earn commissions. Other Healing Wurks services are excluded unless agreed to in writing.

Referral tracking

Use your unique affiliate link when sharing. The referral cookie lasts 60 days. Tracking depends on the customer’s browser, cookie settings, and purchase journey; clicking a link alone does not guarantee attribution.

Renewal commissions require the payment to remain attributed to you. Contact Healing Wurks promptly if you believe a referral is missing.

Payouts and adjustments

Eligible commissions are processed monthly on a Net-15 schedule, with payout processing beginning on the 15th of the following month. Actual receipt depends on the payment provider and completion of any required payout verification.

The minimum payout balance is $20. Smaller balances carry forward.

Refunds, chargebacks, and invalid transactions may reduce or reverse commissions. Adjustments to commissions already paid may be deducted from future earnings. Affiliates are responsible for their own applicable taxes.

Honest promotion and disclosure

Clearly disclose your financial relationship wherever you promote Healing Wurks. Place the disclosure near your recommendation or link, where people can easily notice it. For example:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”

Describe products honestly. Do not promise cures, guaranteed health results, or guaranteed income. Do not suggest that Healing Wurks frequencies replace medical care. Share testimonials only with permission and without changing their meaning.

Prohibited activity

Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading promotions, unauthorized discounts, and manipulation of referral tracking are prohibited.

Do not impersonate Healing Wurks or present yourself as its employee. Obtain written permission before running paid advertisements using the Healing Wurks name or trademarks.

Brand materials and customer privacy

Approved brand materials may be used to promote the program while you participate. Do not redistribute paid audio files or share membership access.

Protect any customer information you receive and use it only as authorized, this includes emails or texts messages without permission.

Changes and ending participation

Either party may end participation by written notice. Healing Wurks may suspend participation for suspected misuse and terminate participation for violations.

Changes to rates or program terms will be communicated before taking effect and will not retroactively reduce valid commissions already earned. Valid unpaid commissions remain payable under these terms, subject to refunds, disputes, and fraud adjustments.
